Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Trinicon europe BV and our services. By using our website or services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please stop using our website and services.

2. Definitions

A “client” is anyone who uses our website or services. “Services” refers to the consulting services we offer including consulting and project management.

Scope of Services

We provide consulting services in three areas: Formative, Initiative and Symbiosis. Our services are tailored to each clients needs. We will define the scope, deliverables and fees in project agreements.

Quote Requests and Estimates

Quote requests are non-binding and preliminary. Estimates may change based on things like project scope, site conditions and market pricing. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

Project Agreements

Our services start when we have a written agreement signed by both parties. This agreement will outline the project scope, timeline, payment terms and responsibilities.

Payment Terms

Unless we agree otherwise payment schedules will be outlined in contracts. Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur interest charges. Our prices do not include VAT or other taxes unless we say so.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide information obtain necessary approvals and ensure access to project sites. Clients must also communicate changes or concerns promptly. Comply with payment terms.

8. Changes and Modifications

Changes to project scope or timeline must be documented in writing. We will communicate any costs before proceeding. We work with clients to manage changes and maintain transparency about costs and schedules.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website is our property. Protected by copyright laws. You may not. Distribute it without our permission. Project deliverables and intellectual property rights will be addressed in project agreements.

Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch GDPR Implementation Act. We collect contact information, project-related information and website usage data. We use this data to respond to inquiries deliver services and maintain client relationships. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services. We are not liable for consequential or punitive damages.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such, as disasters or government actions. We will communicate promptly. Work together to minimize disruption.

13. Dispute Resolution

We try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. The governing law is law.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Jurisdiction:

Any disputes that we cannot resolve by talking about them will be dealt with by the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
When you use our website you have to follow some rules.
You must not try to get into our systems without permission.
You must not send codes or harmful stuff to our website.

We will post the rules on this page and update the date.
If we make changes we will tell our active clients directly.
If you keep using our website or services after we change the rules it means you agree to the rules.
If a court says that one of these rules is not valid the other rules will still apply.
These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and Trinicon when you use our website.
If you hire us to do a project these terms will add to the project agreement. They will not replace it.
