planning permissions
We support in any discussions, where appropriate, with the municipality or land owners to facilitate solutions and inform delivery milestones and necessary planning applications, where required for a project.
building permissions
Sometimes dependent upon planning permissions, this next set of permit applications will ultimately
enable the milestone to commence major construction works.
EARLY WORKS PERMITS
Often, municipalities allow opportunities to accelerate the schedule by applying for certain work
packages to be performed in advance of the building permit(s) approval.

contruction PERMITS
Not to be
confused with the building permission, these can often bite unprepared contractors working in new
locations by impacting scheduled activities.

OCCUPANCY PERMITS
At or near ‘substantial completion’ in the construction process, all of the systems in your facility will undergo
an inspection process in some form or another, culminating to the crown jewel – a permit or license to
occupy the premises.

OPERATIONAL PERMITS
Subject to the nature of the development and it’s location, certain municipalities may require permits
or licenses to operate and should be proactively sought during the transition phase.
