Evaluate internal processes and search for gaps or breakdowns in stakeholder communication, involvement and governance.

Evaluate contracts with supply chain and compliance thereto

Evaluate systems in use by operations and their respective resiliency and effectiveness.

Evaluate day-to-day operational work practice and quality of environment.
